Apple filed their lawsuit a while back. you gonna write them off as well?Apple's lawsuit is a counter lawsuit. Read it. It is part of their answer to Nokia's suit against Apple. As such it is being heard by the same judge in the same court in Delaware as the original Nokia suit. They are not separate cases.
