While some would alarm all-around abating a theory, others would alarm it a accurate set of facts. Opinions alter vehemently. Let us accede all-around abating to be both a apriorism that the ambiance of the apple as we apperceive it is slowly, but actual absolutely accretion in all-embracing air and baptize temperature, and a affiance that if whatever is causing this trend is not disconnected or challenged activity on apple will dynamically be affected.

Ah, you get to go back to doing productive things rather than sitting in a meeting and going, “Hey now, stop that!”

I’m back. The Offspring are eating takeout pizza to celebrate James’s birthday. I had lettuce ... I’d much rather use my Points for wine than pizza!

Had I recalled, I would have ordered wine.
Shucks. Now I’m going to bed and pout.

Don’t worry, it was the Crazy Taxi theme by The Offspring.

G'night?

My 1-hour meeting ran 2 hours. Just got home to start packing.

Brown’s a winner! Is this the Beginning of the Turnaround, or just a freak accident?

Anyway, it kept that (multiple rude terms deleted) other candidate from become a United States Senator.

Hard to say. IMHO if the RINOs in charge of the Republican Party see this as a Republican victory and act accordingly it will be something of a freak accident.

"Is this the Beginning of the Turnaround, or just a freak accident?"

It is no accident.

Brown will have to run again when the term expires. By then his popularity and momentum should be more than a nine-day wonder.

His election will compel the prudent among those seeking reelection to become even more prudent and cautious. The era of a rubber-stamp Congress is over.

Unfortunately, there is still tremendous damage that they can do, and that they will seek to do. And too often, "Linguini-spined" Republicans will go along with them.

Fortunately, the Tea-Party momentum that has been building from April of last year, through the elections in New York, Virginia, and New Jersey, and now in Massachusetts, will continue to grow, especially if given the "ignore" treatment from the three stooges in Washington, -- Øbama, Pelosi, and Reid.

Almost packed. LoM and the youngest sionnsareen just arrived home from the Capitol. Once my shirts are packed into their container I can finish packing the suitcase. Everything that has chargers except the MP3 player and the cellphone (and both those can charge off the laptop) is now fully charged.

We’ve been discussing our own Senators, the wimpish Richard Burr and the unutterably dumb Kay Hagan, and wondering if either of them has the smarts to read the writing on the wall.

Only time will tell, of course ... but Senators, and every single Congresscritter, have to be making this kind of calculation all over the country. Most of them aren’t Marxist true-believers: they just want to stay in office.

I don't know about a turnaround but it is a new direction. People are mad. People who never paid attention to politics are now looking and they do not like what they see.

This is good. I think.

With the help of the Lord and a long handled spoon we will survive.

WE watched an Anthony Bourdain show about Chile last night ... I really wish DP spoke Spanish ...

I could get a job taking care of children and teaching English ;-).

Orlando. To a pricey big hotel near the Orlando Convention Center. To sit in hotel meeting rooms. Day in and day out. Sunrise... Sunset...

(It's the Rosen Shingle Creek --I guess that means "stay out of the creek unless you want to get shingles"-- and I'd look pretty silly wearing roofing materials to my meetings.)

My mom says the weather is okay. They’re about an hour north of Orlando. If you get some free time, let me know. My parents would take you to dinner in The Villages to pay back your hospitality to Anoreth!

Pity.

I speak Spanish, though not much.

"No hablo Español."

I just saw another article pumping up Chile. Seafood *and* red meat! Not that you’d go for that, and I’d have to be working as a stevedore or weigh 300 lbs.

At least you can type Spanish ... I always forget how and have to hand-correct my choir pages.

Free time? Such a thing does not exist in these meetings. (Though I appreciate the offer!) If it's not a group dinner or some other standard arrangement, it's politicking. Though I am staying longer than usual and Tuesday or Wednesday evening might be free and I like meeting FReepers' family. I'll let you know as soon as I can.

(They won't call me a heretic, will they? *\;-)
