That's the lineart for the one I'm working on now. It'll be in a shading that will stand out from a dark background...but I haven't started that yet. Still figuring out how I want to do it.

I swear I didn’t do it.
I get weird dreams sometimes when I’m very tired. Bill wearing a torque turning people into monsters during a marathon ... that seems more like a Tom thing, since Bill can run.
I put it in a new window. Like Jules Verne artwork.
The steam makes it very atmospheric, although I’d have figured it was dry ice evaporating. Which I guess is sort of like steam.

Now drawing MELLON’s t-shirt, as people keep bugging me to. It will be much cooler than our other one. The one we have now only has the ship’s coat of arms on the front pocket. Boring. The one I’m drawing has a skull. As requested by parties that will remain unnamed.
I didn’t think anything gayer than Kingdom Hearts existed..but maybe it does. Wow.
Oh there is worse than Kingdom Hearts out there.

Are you doing any more Batman artwork?
I did one Batman based off a stupid underway joke about a supervillian for Stephenson, and he wasn’t really the focal character in it..just in the background. I haven’t done any Batman lately, other than that. The one for Stephenson is on paper, so it isn’t on Deviantart as I don’t have a scanner.
I didn’t draw the one I posted up. That’s by someone I know. I just figured it was a good example of the steampunk style of art.
I’m sure the new t-shirt will be more interesting than just the ship’s seal!
That reminds me, Bill needs to start working on his art course again. He’s behind, of course, but not as terrifically behind as previously. I think he’s not doing math, though.

I’d level off the boat so it doesn’t look like it’s headed off the edge of the earth. And I think the anchors are a little askew.
I did that on purpose. A detail that will register with MELLON’s crew. Inside joke, of sorts. And the anchors were also done like that on purpose.
It looks better full-size, but I didn’t do that because it isn’t finished yet.
