I’m of two minds on this. I like what Favre has done, but if he retires, Childress can get fired sooner, which is what the Vikings need to move them forward.
No disrespect to the Bears intended, but the Vikings NEVER show up ready to play.
Zygi Wilf wants $800 million for a new stadium for this team. Not a chance.
I think that is the case of the Vikings not showing up to play..
Again.
Purely coaching, with the talent they have.
See that’s all true, except that the Iggles are winning next week as would be the Buzzards.....
So iffing the Farves lose tonight and next week, the Aints, Iggles, Buzzards and Ziggy’s are 1-4. But look at it this way. At least Wade’s coming back next year!!!
Continue to drink heavily, big boy!!!
Wow!! I just made somebodies year. Just sold a $10,000 instant lottery ticket to a regular customer. And he thought he only won $500.
You should have seen the look on his face when I told him it was $10,000!!!
And you didn't pocket... $9,500?
Gadzooks! Honesty... pays poorly!
Looks like uncle Mo is got the purple jerseys on right now.......
I thought you were a Browns fan. BTW, what did I say earlier? Cutler will bail the Vikings out.
Wow. I’ve never seen a winning ticket over $100.
So, as I read it, if the Vikings don’t pull this out, then the Iggles control the #2 seed, and all they have to do is beat the Cowboys next week. They’ll have the tiebreaker against the Vikings.
Now, if both the Eagles and the Vikings lose next week, the Cardinals will have a chance to take the first round bye. Even though a Vikings loss tonight clinches home field for the Saints, the next three seeds are still up for grabs.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz... zzzzzzzz
Gadzooks! It is... past my bedtime!
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz... zzzzzzzzzzzzz--
I gotta say, though, the Bears defense is looking like a totally different unit than they were all season.
Ditto the Vikings, the other way around. I can’t believe how many plays their secondary is just standing still. If their defense plays like this in the playoffs, I don’t see how they can beat anyone.
And one more thing, Gruden is really getting under my skin. The shilling he did for the NFL’s medical program during the Tillman injury made me sick. I really wish they’d been able to get Vermeil instead.
Looks like the Bears are choking..
If Childress would go get a beer, I think Brett can wrap this up without him.
Dang it 23-23. Guess next week will be the big fight for No. 1 seed.
I think so.. This is the first time I saw a head coach in name only..
You weren’t kidding about the Vikings secondary.
30 - 23 Bears...
The Bears defense folded and gave up 25 yards in 4 plays right after I said they were playing well. At least the Vikings secondary proved me right on the second half of that post. That was a great throw by Culter, but the safety should have been in better position, and the cornerback just got beat.
If Bears still win, I still think they should fire Lovie..
