AGJ comment: we spilt the Motion up into the key parts so our readers could quickly see what Orly is asking Judge Carter to agree to.
AGJ comment: The US Attorneys representing Obama said Carter could not hear the case BECAUSE of Jurisdiction. They maintained that only a court in Washington DC could hear the case because Obama resided in Washington. Orly agreed! Wow!
AGJ comment: Bottom line, Orly made a brilliant move. By agreeing to what Obamas Attorneys argued for they cannot now go back on their request. Orly in effect called their bluff. Now the case should rightfully move to Washington DC. If Judge Carter tries to deny the Motion he will lose complete credibility with the court and be subject to appeal If Carter rules in favor of the Motion it is an important win for our side Obama is still in the hot seat and Orly deserves a lot of credit for hanging in there In our humble opinion.
One Response to Orly Taitz - Motion to Transfer Carter Case to Judge Lamberth in Washington DC

Go Orly, go! This is one tenacious woman!
Victory belongs to the most persevering. Napoleon Bonaparte.
May the force be with you Dr. Taitz.
In the last month the tide has changed politically and socially against Obama, now is the time for actions that can legally expose him for what he isn’t.
With a growing public anger at bribes and kickbacks I have a strong feeling that any future court cases should proceed.
These judges are not stupid, they do not want accusations against them now.
I don’t know anything about Dr Orly T. and I know people here have been less than kind, but you have admire the Dr’s tenacity
Reminds me of my terrier; she may be small, but don’t try and take something away from her-you’re in for quite the struggle!
I hope she gets more financial help, with the Obamacare issue she may have the answer to counter it or at least postpone it for enough time due to any decisions or investigations into Obamas qualifications to sign it into law, which he can not do legally.
I have little confidence in our federal judges as I am sure Orly has shown US the reasons why . Orly ,,, you are a GRAND PATRIOT and I’m proud to have you in our country . KEEP ON TRUCKIN’ girl .
Bump
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." - Albert Einstein.

It may not go anywhere, but I am very glad there is this constant drumbeat always in the background.
GO ORLY GO............
Good luck, Orly. May this case be the one....
Given her success rate, her personality and general knowledge of the law and procedure, assuming she isn't working for him, so far she has been a gift to obama.
I know she has a loyal following here, but why? She does seem to be one of the very few doing what the many want to see done, but what are her results? This is important. I just don't think she is the right dentist for this job.
Are we all just whistling in the wind here? No one wants this any more than I do, but I’m afraid it will go nowhere. I think the judges are afraid to take REAL action, and maybe it’s a fear of a constitutional crisis, maybe it’s a fear of Chicago politicians, maybe a few of rioting. Something is holding them back.
They may be forced out in the open to do the right thing.
A small vocal minority pushing a useless cause.
People all up in arms about his birth certificate, while in the meantime, he's signing into law the kind of legislation that may never be reversed.
His Justice department is investigating everything and everybody associated with the Republican party, while protecting ACORN and Black Panther Party voter intimidation...but hey...that Hawaii birth certificate...something fishy about it.
Nothin’ but a distraction.
So..... just QUIT... right? The definition of loser is too just become a quitter when your dream gets too tough.
