Something like the iPod Touch can do so many things, it can be hard to know where to begin.
Year after year, Apple's line of iPod portable media players make for great holiday gifts to give and receive. But whether it's your first iPod or an overdue update, the increasing complexity of the iPod (and the iTunes software behind it) can be challenging to wrap your head around.
To shorten the distance between unboxing and rocking out, I've put together a collection of all the major iPod and iTunes tutorials I've created over the course of the year. Happy holidays.

Now that you've got your new iPod, How do you set it up? CNet has just the thing to help you get started...
If you want on or off the Mac Ping List, Freepmail me.
If you go to the Ipod site, it shows you many of the wonderful things it can do, but says little or nothing about how it works as a phone.
I use mine to listen to books on CD. If you have a hour commute each way - and no company - it is a blessing. There are books I’d never read, to which I will listen.
If you go on Itunes and look under Podcasts, you can download Mark Levin’s show each day for free. Sync up your Ipod each day and listen to the 3 hour show in 1 hour 47 minues. Subscribe to it and it downloads each day automatically.
There are several other good podcasts out there for free. And lots of free college courses and lectures.

And not a solitary word about how it works as a toaster oven, toothbrush, or neck massager.
