Modern professional sports teach these guys to be prima donnas. They clean up after them, lie for them, pay them millions of dollars despite their bad behavior, on field and off. Brett, at least has some style and humor . . . and he is willing to pay the physical price for his decisions. As soon as I tuned in the Vikings-Panthers game and saw Brett's red nose, I knew his performance was going to be poor. Brett is a hothouse flower and can't play in the cold, which is why he wanted to play for the Vikings as they have a dome. I guess Brett didn't realize it could be 37 degrees in Charlotte NC.

Wholeheartedly agree. The playoff game the Pack played against the Giants was proof. And that was how many years ago? He had the mobility of an 80 year old. I love that Favre fans say, 'oh it was only 10 degrees!'. Yeah, funny how the Giants didn't seem to have problems with the cold.

Favre is lucky, though, because it looks like he won't have to play in the cold in the playoffs.
