Guiliani will NOT run for Senate this year. Like him or not, he was best chance for a MORE CONSERVATIVE candidate.

Because all elections in the American system boil down to two candidates, one more conservative than the other.

For example in a race for gov of NY, you might have Hillary v. Rudy. Do you really want Hillary turning NY into a huge ‘village’?

Hillary is so far out of power and the public eye now you couldn;t see her with a 1200 power telescope.

A Guv win in NY would rejuvenate her. A loss to Rudy would seal her obscurity.
