Brittany Murphy Dies

Brittany Murphy died early this morning after she went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived, multiple sources tell TMZ.

She was 32.

A 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to her husband, Simon Monjack, the Los Angeles City Fire Department tells TMZ.

This is really sad. I had a super crush on her. Used to joke that if I were married to her I’d get her to pillow-talk with me in her Luanne voice (from King of the Hill).

The rags have been rampant with rumors of her drug use, with her husband’s rush to the ER in another country last month kept hush-hush. She’s decline a lot since marrying him.

Thanks. I just looked up her IMDb page. She has been in a LOT of movies. I'm a little surprised becuase I've seen a few of them, and don't remember her in them.

You may not recognize the name, or even the face, but I bet you've seen at least one movie she's been in. She was actually quite a talented actress.

So sad. She had great comedic skills/timing...and had a great delivery of her lines (not alot of young women who ‘do’ comedy these days).

Cardiac arrest? I (sadly) concur with the rest. Drugs or eating disorder. I keep hearing Karen Carpenter’s ‘Home for the Holidays’ and each time am saddened. What a waste. She had such a clear, perfect voice.

Now...perdogg, being the Hollywood cynic that I am...who will the ‘other’ two ‘departures’ be? Any guesses??? Nothing says ‘holiday’ like a ‘Death Pool.”
