Hello my Freeper friends,
My 88-year-old mom has been in the hospital since just before Thanksgiving, and is now in ICU. Turns out she had E. coli poisoning, which led to kidney failure, dialysis, and they're still trying to knock out the infection in her blood. I'm praying that she pulls through this.
She's been moved to ICU, where she's getting better care. Her blood pressure is still low, and she's on O2.
Please, friends, I ask that you lift her up in prayer for her healing.
Thank you.
You have my deepest sympathies. I truly hope that the fact your mom passed without pain gives you some level of comfort. But I’m sure this is a terrible loss...
I will lift you and your family up in prayer! God bless,
Silly

My dad passed away several years ago. Its a tough thing to get over, even as an adult. My mom died when I was a kid.
Oh, no. I am so sorry. My mom passed away at age 80 last year. I truly sympathize with your loss. May she rest in sublime Peace and may God comfort you and your family during this difficult time. Sad hugs....
Prayers for your mom, you and yours.
‘Always hard, yet as God made the universe, imagine our reunion with Him beyond it.
Sad news indeed. I will keep you in my prayers hoping you find the courage to stay strong during the difficult times ahead.
I am sorry for your loss.
{HUGS}
Prayer up for you and your family. Your mom could be in no better place than the arms of the Lord. Rejoice for her.
Thank you for the ping, John.
Praying for comforting for you and your family.
It doesn’t seem to matter if our loved ones are elderly and have had a good life. I fell apart last year just because my Mom was close to going, then she rallied. She’s now 90 and doesn’t really know us any more.
God’s implacable charity is hard to accept, especially when He is the loving father doing what is needed and best.
Death seems an alien enemy, and I am only comforted by when thinking of Christ conquering death for us all by His perfect sacrifice.
Try hard to reach out to the beautiful and joyful through this time of grief.
Belated condolences and prayers for you and family.
Just a little reminder that you remain in my prayers, friend. May God give you comfort.
