Been drinking green tea daily for the last fifteen years. Although the "changes" aren't dramatic, I believe it has had some positive effects on my general health and well-being. I recommend it most highly.
Green tea has an acrid taste in concentrated form, so a simple solution is to use a bigger cup and use more water for each tea bag. The new green/white tea blends are much smoother tasting. I recommend them.

I tried it once. Tasted like water strained through fresh cut grass clippings. NO thanks.
