I don't have a library near me, but you're right. Friend of mine gets many of her DVDs from her local library...and good stuff too.

When I want to buy one, I go to this discount store in the city. It sells mostly CDs and cassettes, but once in a while, a good film turns up on either VHS or DVD. Most o these are used, but because the store is diligent in making sure the video, CD or DVID are in good working order, you never have to worry about the quality. And there have been times when I've bought some good films for less than a buck. Can't beat it.

The interesting question to ask is this -- WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO THE FILM INDUSTRY IF ENOUGH PEOPLE DID WHAT WE'RE DOING ?

Can you imagine what would happen to Disney for instance if millions of consumers just waited till their DVD's came out in their local libraries ??
