Cape Girrardeau, MO is Rush Limbaugh’s home town. Wonder if he or David have anything to do with this? ;) That's what leapt to my mind, as well. I remember a touching Christmas episode of MASH, where Major Winchester made a lavish contribution to charity anonymously, because 'true charity is anonymous'; it asks no accolade or reward or recognition, whatsoever.
