STOCKHOLM A Swedish residential official confirmed Saturday that Tiger Woods' wife bought a house on a small island off Stockholm. Stenake Johansson, the chairman of the Residential Association on Faglaro island, told the Associated Press that Elin Nordegren became the owner of a six-bedroom house on Dec. 1. Not if it is a cash deal. Cash deals can be contracted and closed on in a matter of days. Usually it is loan approval and the inspection processes (appraisals, building inspection etc... required by the lender) that hold up the closing.

ROFLOL, LOL, LOL, Still takes a good deal of time, I closed one of my own deals once in two days. I spent a little time in life standing in front of a chalk board teaching the subject.

Still takes a good deal of time, I closed one of my own deals once in two daysDo you read any of your posts? First it takes a long time, then it only took you two days once. Well I've recorded deeds at courthouses that only took a few minutes. Sweden may even be easier for cash buyers.

Helps if you add made up facts, you do not close a two million dollar deal in two days, I closed a real estate deal once in two days, because I got such a good deal, I hand carried the papers and called in favor's from an attorney and a surveyor and the banks appraiser. How many would know them all well enough to say I need it tomorrow and they would do it??
No one in their right mind keeps millions of dollar's laying around not working. However, I'm sure he could cash a ten million dollar check if he wanted to. His ability to do that is what is driving this green with envy train. But it still takes time to make these kind of deals.
And recording a deed never takes more than a few minutes. And a cash buyer is smart enough not to lose his money, it still takes time for the paper work.

These Swedish islands are only attractive for two short summer months. And you have to a Swede to enjoy it. They call it, “we are going up to STUGAN this summer”!!!
