I would never pay to see a politician speak. I’ll contribute money to their campaigns and buy their books, but paying an admission fee is repulsive to me and it even seems un-American.
I’ve been out of the States for awhile. Do the Canadians vote in our elections now?
Well, in all fairness, who of us would pay to go hear some Canadian politician?
They would have to pay me to go listen to one.
A bunch of Canadians? Of course they wouldn’t pay to hear an American politician speak.
no
I voted yes, but only because of the rediculous framing of the question. Truth is, I wouldn’t pay to see Obama either. I wouldn’t pay to see any politician speak. But, the poll doesn’t allow for that answer.
Thousands are waiting in line just to se her while she signs their copy of her book.
Staying overnigh in front of book stores. Would they pay? Certainly they would if the price wasnt exceptionally high.
Fund raisers cost somtimes $1,000 a seat and the rich suport their candidate. Would I pay $1,000 to hear sarah? I would not. I would pay $20 bucks though and be there early for a good seat.
It’s time we the people had a $20 candidate. we see what the $1,000 payers have been giving us.It;s time we took the Presidency back from the rich.
I’ve never paid to hear anyone speak other than paying for college credits.
The object here is to freep the poll, not breast-beat and bleat self-righteously about not paying to hear a pol speak.
No wonder conservatives aren't too well known for being politically savvy.
Freeped and bumped.
