The state of New York is looking for anyway to take money out of your pocket. Last one out of the state turn off the lights.

Geeze. I mean a billionaire buying $15,000 hookers just isn’t a crime worth worrying about IMHO. Hos are gonna ho, and if they are doing it at the Four Seasons it’s not really in anybodys face. Sure it’s gross, but still. NYC is full of mobbed up businesses, street gangs, extortion rackets, and the Wall Street Mob. <p

Tiger, run for Public Office and no attorney general will consider prosecuting you.

Oh please!
This stupid lawyer wanted some camera time. Who exactly is going to swear out an affidavit?
When the cops bust 'rub-n-tug' joints down in Chinatown, they only arrest the girls. They let the Johns walk right out.
There isn't much of a future for an ADA who prosecutes prostitute patronizing. Yeah, I used alliteration. So what?

They almost NEVER prosecute the johns in these cases - usually not the hookers either, just the madams. And, if NY state is going to take a pass on Spitzer, and the other clients of the service he patronized, then they aren't going to go after Tiger.
I was all for the police investigating him for his probable DUI, but this would be an obscene waste of resources.

Look. I am starting to think that if this guy was this overt and public with at least thirteen women besides his wife, HOW COULD SHE NOT HAVE KNOWN?!?!
I would think his wild ways were “part of the deal”. I am beginning to doubt anyone will see any real complaint or threat of estrangement from Elin.
Maybe they got into a fight on Thanksgiving and she decided to go after one his ho’s, he stormed out drunk and hit the tree. Everything else started turning up and now it's all public.
I don't know and I don't want to impugn Elin because she is very very hot. However, it all just looks fishy and I doubt she had no idea that anything was going on.

What is the point of paying high priced escort services if they rat you out the minute some news hits the headlines? Shouldn’t one be buying some discretion for the thousands of dollars per hour one is paying?
I guess Eliot Spitzer and Tiger Woods both learned that hookers are, after all, just hookers.

I wonder how his mother is dealing with all this. As I recall, she was interviewed in a Sports Illustrated article right after he had moved into a bachelor place with his buddies some years ago. She said she never went over to visit his place, but she knew he was having a good time with his friends.
She also said something to the effect of “as long as he doesn’t do anything to embarrass me”, words along those lines. Bet she’s mighty embarrassed, now, although some of the tabloids are saying she accompanied him on one of the trips where a mistress was tagging along and had to know she was there.

I swore that (as I appeared to be the ONLY person in the US who was not taken up with all the Tiger hullabaloo) I would avoid commenting on same, but now this (the suggestion he paid 15 LARGE for sex) makes me go back on my word.
While hardly innocent (having spent 8 years in the USAF and having been stationed in Japan and Nam in the 60's as well as having visited just about every country in the Far East/S.E. Asia) and not going to obfuscate or prevaricate and suggest I never exchanged legal tender for tender services, I can't help but wonder WTF, could any woman have to offer which would command such an outrageous amount?
I know, I know, that if you are a Billionaire, $15,000 is much like $15 to us average clingers, but nevertheless, even for a mogul like Tiger, that is NOT chump change.
