Trying to play this season would turn the tour into a media circus.

The paparazzi will be stalking him, trying to get the right photo. It could be worth millions.

Knew this was coming ...

Mentioned this a few days back ... any sponsors he retains will be renegotiating the dollar amount they pay him ... he's going to take a tremendous hit financially for a lot of different reasons. Good bye yacht.

If we pulled all ads featuring people who had trysts on the side or passed out drunk, would commercials exist?

'Course, Nike might stick with him. Tiger gives "Just Do It" a whole new meaning.

No surprises here:

I still wonder how many were really affairs and how many are publicity whores who are capitalizing on the story?

Surely this is a mere racist reaction.

I wouldn't put it pass the little jerk to use the amnesia "ambien" defense for the car crash and his sexual encounters.

He makes my skin crawl.

His career is OVER!!

Actually, professional golf is kind of an individual thing. His career can last as long as he stays in the money. A new advertiser would need to have his head examined to hire him, unless he is Larry Flint.

I bet the PGA is likely a little disappointed that they built so much around his image.

I don't wish the big sleep on most folks. In this case God was merciful taking Wood's dad before all this came to light.

Can Woods recover from this? Does he want to?

He's building a huge mansion on the ocean in FLA.

“Forget image of golf, he needs to take time off to get sober and sane.”

I agree; no way he can do that if he tries to play. But sometime you have to do what needs to be done for a greater good than yourself. If he announces he’s not playing for the good of the sport it would go a long way toward rehabilitating his image. If he tries to play, he becomes the new John Daly. And it will end just as ugly, if not uglier because Tiger will fall farther, faster.

Disagree.

He gets back to golf, and loses himself in it, he’ll still be a legend at it, and he’ll make boatloads of money doing it.

He had a pretty good year last year, even with all the idiotic distractions, the children, and the wife.

Without the wife, who’s moving into a $2MM place in Europe, and the kids, and now apparently the bimbos and the sponsors, the last thing he’s really got is the golf.

If he focuses on it like he ought to be, I shudder to think of what he might do.

The dude could lose all his sponsorships from here on out, pay off his wife and two dozen mistresses—and still have plenty left over for his yachts.

Well, he had to know on the way up what his two greatest passions in life were. And that he didn’t have to get married to have either, considering the culture we live in.

The women that came forward have either text messages or voice mail messages from him. The National Enquirer even gave some of them lie detector tests.

This story was covered up for years by the sports media and mainstream media.

The good news is that Viagra and Cialis are looking to sponsor someone.

Maybe Valtrex is looking for a spokesman...

That’s what I’d do. Cut the ties, take a year or two off, and start all over. Bet he’d still have a hundred million after all that, at least.

It may not be as easy as that, but it’s a simple plan!
