She should take him to the cleaners. But she can’t do that unless the prenup is re-worked because under the terms of the existing prenup, she could only receive a limited amount in the event of a divorce.

Don’t most pre-nups have a “if you cheat on me, all bets are off” clause of some kind meaning that she doesn’t have a limit on how much she can take....they’re renegotiating for divorce not rescuing the marriage.
