Don’t most pre-nups have a “if you cheat on me, all bets are off” clause of some kind meaning that she doesn’t have a limit on how much she can take....they’re renegotiating for divorce not rescuing the marriage.

You are asking the wrong person here. I know next to nothing about prenups other than they limit the amount you can receive in the event of a divorce. Under the terms of the existing prenup, Mrs. Woods would only get a small fraction of the estate. Without prenups in most states everything is divided up 50/50.
