The race of the mistresses did not even cross my mind. Of course the way this is going, it is only a matter of days before a black mistress appears.
He doesn’t seem to have ever identified as black anyway, other than in a PR way sometimes.
Always love how black folks consider anyone with just a little bit of black blood to be “one of them” UNLESS they have a last name like “Suarez.” Most Dominicans, and many Puerto Ricans are just as black or blacker than Tiger, yet blacks seem to make exceptions when claiming Afro/Mulatto Latinos.
I don’t know, but blacks criticizing Tiger Woods for liking Caucasian women seems.... RACIST.

That being said, I have seen an upsurge in black women dating white men over the past five years or so. It doesn't quite approach the level of white men with Asian women (to the point where Asian guys REALLY have a right to complain), but has been noticeable, especially due to black women's traditional antipathy to race mixing. You also see a lot more black American women with foreign black men.
He was never that huge in the black community. The one woman may not be all that white - not that it really matters. The whole thing his sad but he is and has always been a punk.
His father dumped his first wife who was probably black. So he did not have a really greast role model there.
I'm sure this is not a problem to Tiger Woods or something he believes he needs to defend, and I doubt that he will. He has enough to deal with as a result of his philandering. That the 'Black community' is finding fault with Tiger's choice of mistresses, based on their race, is inconsequential.
Well, I’ll rise to Tiger’s defense...Though not condoning infidelity, his behavior is understandable. When he married, his wife was young..a nanny..a trophy piece..actually a blonde bimbo...Tiger grew intellectually..while his wife was kept busy producing the next generation of Woods ( and Irons?). He was unable to have a serious, intellectual conversation with her abut anything..business..politics..world affairs..so he naturally gravitated to intelligent women with whom he could have stimulating intellectual discussions...I mean, just look at their pics...no way these women are boobs.
The writer sort of answers his own question in the first paragraph of the article. He imples that a black woman would have “gone ghetto” (Tiger’s words, not mine) on him instantly. I’ve never seen, or read about, a rich black woman or a black woman married to a rich, black man that stood as an individual. They all had to bring the whole “black thing” with them. Everything to them is racist if the world does not go their way. Example: Halle Barry - when she didn’t get a particular part; Oprah - just about every day on every subject. What male, of “any” race, wants to deal with that on a daily basis?
Separates him from African Americans? Yeah...like most black males aren’t interested in nailing white females. Uh, huh.
