True but I have a friend that’s 4’9” and was in an accident. They told her that if she’d had her seatbelt on it would have decapitated her. There ARE some circumstances that make it unsafe. However, I doubt the girl in this crash was short.

There are always statistical outliers. The guy or gal who just missed Flight 98. The person who had their car stall out on the way to their outer office at the Pentagon.

But, day in, day out, seatbelts save lives. I won't even go 1/2 a block to the 7-11 without mine.

Agreed. And as I said, I doubt this girl was 4’9”. Such a shame. So young.
