Neighbors say Tiger Woods was unconscious, snoring after crash

Neighbors described to FHP what they saw following Tiger Woods' crash outside his Isleworth home.

The once-pristine image of golf superstar Tiger Woods took more blows Thursday after revelations that neighbors found him lying shoeless and snoring on his Isleworth street after he plowed his SUV into a fire hydrant and tree.

These details, included in an interview recorded by Florida Highway Patrol troopers of neighbors who rushed to Woods' aid, emerged as a celebrity gossip publication reported that yet another party girl had trysts with Tiger Woods.

Kalika Moquin, 27, a marketing manager for The Bank nightclub, "hooked up" with the champion golfer as recently as late October, Life & Style magazine reported.

Tabloid repots blamed the Nov. 27 crash on a quarrel they said Woods, 33, had with his wife Elin Nordegren Woods, 29, after the National Enquirer reported the golfer had an affair with club hostess Rachel Uchitel, 34. With Los Angeles hostess Jaimee Grubbs, 24, the number of reported mistresses now stands at three.

Thursday's news raised more questions than answers. In the recording, Tiger Woods' neighbor Jarius Lavar Adams and sister Kimberly Harris had no information on why he came to be in his post-crash state. They told troopers Woods' family barely spoke with them.

Looks like there’s a dogleg left.

"At this point in time with matters far more pressing than this, does it really matter who Tiger Woods is diddling? For myself I couldn't care less."

Do I care who he was plugging? No. Although, I don't need him coming into my living room telling me what products to buy. As they say, if his wife can't trust him, why should I believe what he has to say about American Express?

But, I do take some issue about him clearly driving in a state of impairment. Thank God he didn't get out of the neighborhood and kill someone - or drive into someone's home. Several years ago, I lost someone close to me at the hands of a drunk driver. It's a sore spot. Tiger got off where anyone else wouldn't have, IMHO.

I can’t wait to hear David Faherty’s commentary at Tiger’s next tournament, if he hits one into the trees.

I'll give you that. I've seen that happen many times. But Tiger Woods is not on my radar scope in the big picture.

What I find interesting is the apparent monetary shake down by Gloria Alred and her hooker client. You would think there is a law broken there somewhere.

Gets kind of silly at this point. If he crashed or if his wife smashed his head, I don’t think it hurts his image that he was lying there unconscious. Even if that included snoring.

OMG

I’ve never seen that map before.

Everything made me believe the hydrant/tree were on his/neighbor’s property .... wow, he really travelled, and not in a controlled manner.

(I’m taking a late “tiger moment” break and that diagram is amazing...had not seen that.

I really have tried to avoid this story - so tell me - was he driving forward or backward on that trek out of his driveway?

Also, I thought I heard that his vehicle’s airbags did not deploy - is that right? (must have some non-hair trigger airbags if so)

Maybe he had been asleep and the wifey came after him in his sleep with the golf club - ergo the barefoot escape, the erratic driving, and the snoring after the wreck.

Of course the sleep could be medication assisted sleep as well.,..,,

OH well - thanks for the illustration and the “tiger” break.

"You would think there is a law broken there somewhere."

This came up on another thread, but...Alred is annoying, but smart and imagine this scenario...

She schedules a press conference two days in advance, but doesn't give any indication what the press conference is about. She waits. Tiger's people contact her and she says nothing, but listens. Tiger's people say "we want you to sign a non-disclosure, and we'll pay you $XX for your troubles". Gloria says, done.

No coercion there, just a press conference about "something nondescript" that never took place. Moral of the story, if you want to allegedly extort someone, think about contacting Gloria Alred.

I think it was likely that he dosed up on pain medication earlier in order to get a good night’s sleep—not knowing he would later be fleeing for his life behind the wheel.

"was he driving forward or backward on that trek out of his driveway?

The icons on the graph indicate he was driving forward the entire time.

"Also, I thought I heard that his vehicle’s airbags did not deploy - is that right?"

Yes, the pictures of the vehicle's interior clearly indicate the airbags did not deploy. It was reported that the airbags on that vehicle won't deploy if the car isn't traveling above 33 MPH. I don't know if that's accurate, or not.

"Maybe he had been asleep and the wifey came after him in his sleep with the golf club - ergo the barefoot escape, the erratic driving, and the snoring after the wreck."

Anything is possible. We'll probably never learn precisely what happened that night. I don't now what necessitated it, but the diagram - to me - appears to indicate that he lost control almost immediately - I wonder if he wasn't fish-tailing around, trying to regain control before being slowed by the hydrant and stopped by the tree. But, it's all speculation.

I didn’t realize that both rear windows were busted out.
Interesting means of “rescue attempt”.

Ok - thanks for that info.

Yes it’s speculation now - but wifey knows she has interviews and a book ahead of her if she wants them so maybe one day we will find out the truth.

We surely won’t learn it from Tiger.

Well - sorry for all this - because Tiger Woods is a fantastic golfer, the one sport that seemed to have escaped a lot of the scandals that have plagued other sports recently. I imagine his winning days will be hard to dome by now. (Opens the game to others who would like to see him stepping aside).

But there is so much more to life than one’s sport or occupation. Evidently Tiger is just now learning this...a little late in life.

I feel badly for his child.

I think they have 2 kids now. Maybe this will be his wake up call.

Seems as if Elin has his nads in the nutcracker right now. It was reported on FOX that she demanded and is getting a ‘post-nup’ and has already gotten a nice little sum to stay (for the short term anyway).

Hmm..She said she had to break BOTH windows to get him out of the car. Hard to see in the picture but would guess the windows weren’t locked..unless of course, he locked them as he was fleeing from the enraged and armed wife.
I hadn’t heard that the golf cart was found at the scene. What would we give to have seen Tiger fleeing in his Escalade being pursued by Elin right behind in the cart with golf clubs hanging out the window. A Master Card priceless moment, for sure.

Tiger Woods' mother and a woman the neighbors thought to be his mother-in-law came out of the golfer's house at some point after the accident.

I did not realize Mama and Mama-in-law were at the house. They either sleep soundly or on the other side of the house.
