This is what the Shrews on The View get to say on ABC-Disney without rebuke from the suits (Disney is led by a publicly gay man now).

Who? Bob Iger? Iger isn't gay. He's married with two kids from this marriage and two kids from a previous marriage. The head of ABC-TV isn't a publicly gay man, either, for the simple fact that it's a woman, Anne Sweeney. The head of animation is John Lasseter, married with kids. The head of Consumer Products is Andy Mooney, married with kids. The head of parks is Tom Staggs, married with kids. The only gay senior exec is Rich Ross, who leads the film unit. He wasn't exactly a gay activist, since the news that he was gay came as a surprise to everyone in Hollywood.

So basically neither the head of the unit that Joy Behar works for is gay, nor is that person’s boss gay, but the head of some other unit is gay. The movie studio that Rich Ross heads is just one more business unit, and not a particularly big one at this time. Disney Media Networks and Parks and Resorts units are far more important in terms of the money they bring in.
