We had the massages at the same time. We asked twice in person to speak with a manager, assistant manager, etc. - no reply, as the folks at the desk got freaked out when they saw my physical condition and their level of English comprehension remarkably evaporated, immediately. The doctor that saw me in Mexico, at the resort, did say the injuries were caused by the massage, FWIW.

Although obviously consult a lawyer*, I’m thinking perhaps sending a letter via registered mail to the owner of the resort with a copy of that doctor’s letter detailing exactly what happened. At the very least, your entire travel expenses to Baja, your hotel costs, meals, car rental (if applicable) and airline flights, should be paid for. This assault thoroughly ruined your vacation and has caused you enormous pain and distress.
*You may need to contact a Mexican lawyer depending upon how you proceed, especially if you have to sue them locally.

The first time I heard about Whitney’s sapphic tendencies was when I was 11-12. We had a neighbor whose brother was a roadie for WH, who told us that Whitney preferred tuna over sausage. So, subsequent stories about Whitney being lesbo, or at least bi, have not surprised me.
It’s a shame, though, she got trapped in that horrible marriage to Bobby Brown. Better she would’ve come out early on than have gone through that nightmare coupling which no doubt contributed to her dreadful substance abuse.
