One of the bigger wastes of time in the history of media. Golfer hits fire hydrant with SUV — captures headlines for 5-days. He got a ticket. Good grief.

You mean he and his wife won’t be handcuffed, shoved into the back seat of a squad car and interrogated downtown in a closed off room with a flickering light and pudgy chain smoking cop? Some Freepers will be so disappointed.

Well, this is what should have happened in the first place. No evidence of wrong doing except reckless driving(suspicion yes, evidence no). This whole blown out of proportion story was just another smoke screen to cover up the real news, CLIMATEGATE.

Did anyone ever hear where Tiger and Tigress and the Little Kittens had T-Day dinner? Did they have company until 1 or 2 AM or had they just came back from somewhere and do they have a live-in Nanny? So many many questions so few answers...

Attorney: Woods’ wife asked neighbors to call 911

http://www.fanhouse.com/news/golf/attorney-woods-wife-asked-neighbors-to/792300

Some highlights:

“Tiger Woods did not appear to be driving under the influence and showed no signs of having been in a fight in the minutes after his car crash outside his mansion, an attorney for the neighbors who dialed 911 said Tuesday.

Woods’ injuries were “consistent with a car wreck and inconsistent with him being beat up,” attorney Bill Sharpe said.

Sharpe says the Adams family hired him to get out the message that they’ve told investigators everything they know about the crash and aren’t hiding anything.

Rachel Uchitel, denied having an affair with Woods when contacted by The Associated Press.

Read the whole article and I think it sums it up pretty well. The media whores were chasing every bit of filth they could find and apparently, had to create some because they couldn’t find any.

What is surprising to me, is the way many on FR responded to this. We all rant about the media here and we all know what liars and scumbags most of them are...yet many here were willing to believe this garbage and add to it. I think Wood’s wife was treated very badly.

I think Tiger has a problem...that is a given. But, it isn’t what everyone thinks it is.

Tiger is the best, at both golf and cover-ups!

Don’t take up hunting, Tiger, or next time she’ll use the gun.

It's ridiculous the amount of ink and bandwidth that has been spent on this story. It was a single car accident, that was reported to the police. There was no one else involved in the accident, though there was personal property damage to someone else in the form of the damage to the neighbor's tree.

All of this is just speculation, and the vicarious thrill of possibly 'taking Tiger down a peg or two'.
