Did you see BOR give Huck a pass as well. BOR bought Huck’s shuck and jive hook line and sinker.

Your information is accurate.

Please note that it is our policy in Arkansas to continue releasing more violent criminals like Maurice Clemmons from our prisons in order to make room for the meth users. Fortunately, many of the parolees will leave our state and commit their crimes elsewhere, so it’s not our problem.

Malkin torn into both of them on her site. The way O kisses up to Huck and Obama, he no longer is looking out for us.

I happened to have Fox on when the Huckabee interview came on so I watched it.

Huckabee claimed that he/they (his administration) contacted the DA and several others in this case and only heard back from the convicting Judge who AGREED with the recommendation to commute this perp’s sentence.

And, as stated above, he said that meant the perp’s time in prison was shortened, but he was not released at that time - the commutation qualified the thug for parole....which he got.,,,which he broke..,,which got him jail time again...which he broke again and then ended up in Washington.

BOR emphasized the role of 2 judges in Washington who set bail for the slug at $15,000 cash (of $150,000 bond) after the creep had raped a 12 year old!!!!

Huckabee will forever have these murders on HIS conscience and blood on his hands - as well he should!

But I also want those 2 Washington judges who basically enabled a child rapist to go free to have to ANSWER for THEIR Crime of enabling such a devoid to go free!

Why wasn’t the guy with this kind of career criminal rap sheet in prison for the rest of his life after being convicted of doing that???

There are bad problems with liberal judges all over the country giving light sentences to perverts like this guy...

When you think about it, nobody is safe from these career criminals who out loose all over the country.

Our “justice” system is really an “injustice” crime encouraging system.

Dear huckabee supporter:
Drink that koolaid.
Huckabee commuted his sentence so that Huckabee’s appointees on the parole could grant the killer a parole.
If you were on the parole board who owed your job to Huckabee and you saw him commute the killer’s time, don’t you think that you would vote for parole. Of course you would.

Huckabee is a coward for not accepting responsibility. When he stands before God, God will not let him shirk it anymore.

Huckabee’s faithful followers are too dumb to let truth teach them anything.

The way O’Reilly reported it the judges gave him a $15,000 bond which he got from a bail bondsman. $150,000 may not have been enough, but it was a hell of a lot more than the way the blowhard described it.

NO, 150,000 obviously wasn’t a high enough bail.

Why would there be ANY bail allowed for a child rapist?

Governor's can't pardon prisoners who are still doing time.

Mike commuted his sentence and the parole board took it the rest of the way. So basically, it was a tag team.

If the Washington Judge had said no bail for the child rapist - he wouldn’t have been able to post bond and be out free.

Mo bail means the perp is not allowed to go free for any reason...that’s what should have happened for such a crime, IMHO. But then I see child rapists as deserving to be drop kicked into oblivion....

The Governor did not pardon him. He Gov Huckabee did not release the man suspected of killing 4 law enforcement

officers. He commuted the suspect’s sentence in 2000 from 108 years to 47

years in prison. With a sentence of 47 years, an intervening party - a parole

board - could decide whether he should be paroled or not. Huckabee did NOT

set him free and did not parole him - but merely made it possible for him to be

reviewed by others to make that decision. The now cop killer suspect was

reviewed and paroled. He then violated parole. He was returned to prison in

2004. Some time later (I am not yet sure why), he was again paroled.

Why are you not saying anything about the prosecutor who failed to file papers in a timely manner, that kept him in prison, or the TWO separate judges who let him out???

I am not a Huckabee supporter. But this is not his to accept the blame. He did commute 40 years of a sentence, which simply means he still had 47 years to serve, based upon A PAROLE BOARD’s findings! The parole board, prosecutors, and judges are the reason the man was on the street committing more crimes. Huckabee is only responsible for giving the parole board, a chance to LOOK at parole, IF he qualified!!

Those are horrific also. But they don't change the fact that his butt would still be sitting in a jail cell if not for Huckabee's actions. You are aware of some of the other bad decisions Huck as made in this regard, right? How many more are out there?
