I would not want to be in Huckabee's shoes about now - nor the judge who set his bond in Washington. Another thread showed he commuted 703 sentences and I'm thinking - well, 703 commutations and only 5 murders so far - that's not terrible odds (/sarc). I'm thinking Huckabee's probably going back over his records - I would be - trying to figure out who else might go out and kill someone? That other thread showed 703 from Arkansas and none of the surrounding states even came close.

However, not all the blame lies with him. A high % should go to Pierce County legal system as well.

Oh there is no denying the Pierce County Justice system needs a huge enema. This type of case can even get typically soft-on-crime liberals to ask why the hell people like this are let back out on the streets.
