Yep. Washington dropped the ball, big time. The guy had an outstanding warrant and felonies and he still got bail?

They were talking on Fox how 150,000 is a very low bail for rape or attempted rape (said 2nd degree rape of child whatever that means) of a child. I guess the judge probably never thought a common thief could come up with $150,000 - boy was he wrong. I wonder how he did come up with 10% and why a bondsman would go for it. He didn’t seem like a good risk - had quite the record.
The whole system let this one go through the cracks. How many more like him are out there?
Best case scenario now would be the one cop that got a shot or two off - got him bad enough to permanently put him away. He’s a bad seed.
