Former Gov. Mike Huckabee is facing real problems if he should seek the GOP Nomination for President in 2012 after word is out tonight that a man he granted clemency in Arkansas in 2000 is now being sought in the shooting deaths of four police officers near Tacoma, Washington today. . . . This is not the first time Huckabee's seeming bent toward leniency on convicted criminals has resulted in tragedy. Another man granted clemency by Huckabee went on to rape and murder a young woman in Missouri. That man's name was Wayne Dumond. Listen to the ad below which ran against Huckabee during the 2008 Campaign. It features the mother of Carol Sue Shields - the young woman murdered by Dumond . . . (VIDEO)

You and I know that. But for a man who uses his faith for political expediency, well, no, he doesn’t know that.
While many people are so sick of everything being called racist it isn’t stopping the left from throwing out the charge every other second.
That idiot from “The View” Joy whatshername suggested Black Friday was racist....
Probably the end of Huckabee’s chances to win the Repubican nomination. There are no explanations for his granting clemency in this case that would sit well with conservatives.
Let us not forget that a ‘black hole’ is also racist.
bump
I honestly do not understand some conservatives fascination with Huckabee. He’s always come across to me as a used car salesman who wears way too much High Karate aftershave.
Sickening.
Well, governors have these hugely expensive things to run called "prisons."

“There goes on of Lady Sarahs obstacles...now for the hair and teeth machine.
Lol! If you mean Romney, then the health care debacle in Massachusetts should take him out nicely. These bozos need to leave health care the he!! alone!
Plus he flipped on amnesty twice in the last 3 years.
“It would be interesting to track every single one of Huckabees clemency/pardons to see where they are today. See how many have committed another crime, ended up back in prison or escalated to a violent crime.”
That’s exactly what will happen if he’s the Republican nominee in 2012. I’ll bet there are a lot of stories out there just waiting to be told. I wonder what became of that Glen Green? He kidnapped a woman, beat her with numchuks, ran over her with his car and raped her dead body. Huckabee was apparently all for giving him a get out of jail free card.
“Plus he flipped on amnesty twice in the last 3 years.”
Why won’t anyone have the guts to say no amnesty? I’m so sick of all these gutless wonder politicians pandering for votes!
.
I googled Glen Green and apparently there was such a public hue and cry that Glen Green was never released. I’m glad to hear that but his release should never have been considered(they should have fried him) and the girl’s family should never have had to go through that after all the had already had to endure.
I hate to say this, but Palin said she supported a "path to citizenship" for illegals in 2008. Maybe she thought she had to say that for McCain's sake. I'm just saying, let's go forward with our eyes open.

If she’s talking amnesty she’d better rethink that position. Why is it so hard to figure out that these people have broken our laws and now are breaking our country’s back? There is no reason these people should be allowed to cheat the system and come here illegally to be put in the front of the line against others who have played by the rules to comply with our laws to become a citizen. We need a politician who can convey the unfairness of the situation to the sheeple and who won’t back down when the dems and the MSM scream “racist”.

“
Sorry, but it is totally fair.
Accountability and righteousness in our dealings applies to both the left, middle, and right spectrums of politics. “
Correct.
You can’t attack Dukakis, and give Upchuckabee a free pass.
Until or unless Palin states “No amnesty of any kind” I don’t trust her, and will not vote for her. I don’t like where Sarah PAC money is going either.
