Actually, no..., it's everyone's individual right to not have to talk to the cops. It's your choice to do so or not. And, in fact, any good attorney will always advise you to never, ever talk to the cops (and any attorney who doesn't, get rid of him or her as an attorney ... LOL ...).
100000000000+++++++% agree that he PERSONALLY does not nor should talk to the LEOS.
But when normal people do such things they OR THEIR legal rep REPRESENTATIVES DO have to talk to the authorities.
