Elin apparently was able to forgive and forget -- according to Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor, Nordegren smashed out the back window of Tiger's car to help get him out.

From a related link at that site. Most people would just open the back hatch but she had to smash the window? Wonder if the window had already been smashed or if she was still swinging the club after the accident. Sounds like Tiger will be listed as most eligible bachelor this time next year.

Personally, I think she hit him with the golf club before he got into the vehicle and that is why he wrecked and “seemed out of it”. She scratched his face, whacked him with the club and beat the car as he was trying to get away. I guess he decided not to go with the “I was trying to rescue Tiger” defense his wife came up with.

The accident came two days after the National Enquirer published a story alleging that Woods had been seeing a New York night club hostess, and that they recently were together in Melbourne, where Woods competed in the Australian Masters. The woman, Rachel Uchitel, denied having an affair with Woods when contacted by the AP.

"I resent my reputation is getting completely blasted in the media," she said during a telephone interview late Friday. "Everyone is assuming I came out and said this. This is not a story I have anything to do with."

Uchitel said she was in Melbourne two weeks ago with clients and never saw Woods the entire time she was there.
