I bet. I've had jerk -other stuff but not turkey like that. It looks GREAT!
I put a couple of tablespoons in the blender, with an onion, coriander, 1/3 cup of soy sauce, cumin. Blend it to puree and then pour it over whatever meat you have in the bowl. Marinate from 2-24 hours, turn and coat the meat at the halfway point. Then, cook the meat as you wish.
Jerk seasoning is available at most Caribbean stores or food stores with an international aisle. Or you can order it online.
