I just got a new lap top and all of the FR posts are in Pacific time. How do I change it to East coast time? I'm going to shower and eat cheese and will be right back.
What’s for lunch?
So, do you eat cheese in the shower or what?
well, account then my locale
Oh, cheese. Just cheese? No crackers? An apple, too, maybe?

Move to California.......problem solved.
Get a sharpie and write “-3 hours” on the lower right corner of your screen.
Don’t ask me.....I’m in Indiana.
I know a guy who enters a different time zone when he walks out to his barn.
hammer time?
That was my first thought, but who wants to move to California. Better to just set a clock next to computer.
Worked for me....and I didn't even have to change my time zone.
Thanks, that didn’t work.
According to FR it’s still breakfast time.
With my sister.
If in doubt, RTFM.
Try clicking on clock in lower right hand corner of your screen.. That will allow you to set your time Zone if you hit the tab. Then while you are there you can get the fresh time for your computer at nist.gov.
Are we talking about the Windows clock being set wrong or an FR location setting?
Are you logged in?
Give it time and they’ll change for you. As long as they are in English you will be okay. Right now mine is correct to central time but once in a while it’ll go back to PST. I think it has something to do with what is happening out on the west coast like corrupt tables or other problems.
Many thanks !
I was also on the wrong day...Sunday.
