Isn’t it funny how many of the NFL franchises adopted the names of much older and more established baseball franchises in the same city?

Giants (still there although baseball team left)
Cardinals (baseball team still there, football left)
Pirates (now Steelers)
Dodgers (defunct)

Some of the classic teams are still around, though.

I only recognized two Hall of Famers in the various lineups: Don Hutson for the Packers and Sid Luckman for the Bears. I’m sure there are others but I didn’t recognize them.

Except the football Cardinals started in Chicago when the baseball Cardinals were in St. Louis. I'll bet they are the only team to move to the venue of its baseball namesake.
