I mean the president's statesments on a guaranteed death penalty, Holder's 'certain' convictions. etc. etc.
All the defense attorny has to do is claim that his clients cannot get a fair trail ANYWHERE in the US due to the presidents and attorney generals comments
Why not move it to Islamabad-—sure to have a jury of his peers there.

That seems so absurd. Why have a trial at all if the President of the United States is assuring everyone you will be convicted and you will be executed?
That seems like an outrageous statement for a Pres to make no matter if it’s a civil or military trial.

Not at all inappropriate in the realm in which Obama and Holder reside. YOu’re judging their words and acts within a wholly different philosophical framework. We are being set up for that “fundamental transformation,” virtually daily, in one way or another.

As I said in a similar thread - O and H tainted the trial and the entire jury pool.
As we would say in NC, they NIFONGED this situation.
Obama is a lawyer (as, of course, is Holder) He should be in big trouble for the statement.
The more serious problem I see here is that CIA and NSA will be forced in open court to reveal methods, people and technology, which our enemies will use against us.
