That seems so absurd. Why have a trial at all if the President of the United States is assuring everyone you will be convicted and you will be executed?

That seems like an outrageous statement for a Pres to make no matter if it’s a civil or military trial.

As I said in a similar thread - O and H tainted the trial and the entire jury pool.

Even I know as a layman that both Obma and Holder have so predjudiced this case with their remarksthatit will be thrown out, most likely on appeal.

The more serious problem I see here is that CIA and NSA will be forced in open court to reveal methods, people and technology, which our enemies will use against us.
