Not sure if the usual folks couldn't start the thread so here's one in case the real real thread doesn't start
I understand your pick:
However, the Browns are still tied with the Cravens!
This week can’t be over soon enough for me.
Well then I should post this before the week ends..
I’m here, not at the game. What, I’m going to pay to see this crap???
But I think I’m going to start drinking now cause I’m looking at the score and they’re STILL NOT LOSING!!!
As a matter of fact for you Vegas bookies, the Browns are winning 10.5-0!!!!
Just think the only TD scored in the AFC North so far this week was on a punt return!!!
OOOOHHHHHHH
that’s pertty!!!!
The Browns still suck I don’t care what the score is!!!
My halftime beer rush, exactly 4 customers. 4 packs of cigs, 2 six-packs of brew, and 2 bottles of Wild Irish Rose.....
2nd half is underway.....
Woulda been funny if the Ravens had worn throwbacks and come as the Browns. One of the announcers mentioned that.
Well, that was certainly a Browns-like defensive play.
Jon Gruden said that. It was really funny!!
And Ray Rice puts points on the board, FINALLY as the Browns only had 10 men on the field.....
Oh, well...off to sleep recovery time.
This is not a good football team. Everybody’s shouting to fire Wade Phillips in Dallas. They should be required to root for the Browns for a couple of years.
If you root for a team long enough, your team will go through a period where they are terrible and it looks like there is no light at the end of the tunnel, but when you are that bad your team gets the best draft picks and if they draft well eventually they can build a top team...its almost easier to do for a terrible team than a middle of the pack team because they don’t get the access to top talent to build on.
If I remember right the Jimmy Johnson era Cowboys did just that...sucked it up...got REALLY bad and built up from the ashes to dominate for a good number of years.

Yeah, except the Browns have been getting high first round picks for a decade now. You know, guys like Tom Couch (huge flop, out of the league), Willie Green (arrested, stabbed), Gerard “Big Money” Warren (huge flop, sent to the Broncos), Courtney Brown (injury prone, sent to the Broncos, out of the league), Kellen Winslow (injured first two seasons, didn’t get along with Mangini, sent to the Bucs), Braylon Edwards (injured first season, didn’t get along with Mangini, sent to the Jets).
*sigh* They almost had me believing last night, though. They actually looked like they could run the ball.
Alright, I will say that our last few first round picks have been pretty good. Joe Thomas is already a two-time Pro Bowler as a third year guy, and Kamerion Wimbley has been pretty productive. Alex Mack has been promising, and a lot better than that show he had on Nickelodeon. I’m actually still willing to give Brady Quinn a chance, especially since I doubt any quarterback we could draft next year will do any better with no running game and poor protection.
Yeah, but not as hind a tit... as One Arm's 8-6!
Never mind who won, I'll give each of you... something special!
I went from the penthouse to the outhouse in one week.
