Not if the computers are sold out of state. FL isn’t one of the states that demands other states pay their sales taxes.
And since Psycho-Star was selling via mail order only, guess what? No tax for FL.

You should read that Miami New Times treatment on them that I linked to. Los Hermanos Psystar have plenty of fight left in them and now are also selling a bootloader CD so that you build your own Hackintosh

Does not negate the fact that for every Psystar clone sold and for every Psystar boot loader sold, California is losing taxes it gets from Apple. And Apple is a big money maker and tax payer in tax starved California which just might run a 25 billion dollar deficit this year
