What the devil do you mean, “play God”? What does shooting a wild beast have to do with being God? It is Man’s proper place to determine if a wild beast needs killing or not.

Somehow, being backed against one’s own house by a common cur doesn’t quite seem the least bit divine to me. Does it to you?
