I think the ugliest people in the world are either from Masachusetts and New Jersey.

Actually, women in New Jersey are sexier than anywhere in the South, barring Louisiana (I don’t consider Texas to be southern, it is a region all to itself). At one time, the South may have had good looking women, now they are increasingly(not entirely) obese WalMartians.
Massachusetts, perhaps. You must have passed New York, if you believe NJ people are ugly. Most beautiful women in North America? Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. You can’t swing a dead cat without hitting a dozen hotties.
