They need to form their own, separate RINO party.

The GOP belongs to Palin now. Not one red cent to the RNC.

Huckabee, Gingrich and McCain should be the first ones to go.

Remind the GOP's phone solicitors that they need to remember that you won't be giving them any more money until they get it right.

Don't necessarily disagree.

But be prepared to receive incoming from some of FR's very own "moderates", who like RINOs, are also embarrassed by principled conservatism.

I don't think Palin's as polished as she'll need to be to run in 2012. She should have done better in the debate with Biden, and she needs to be faster on the draw with a hostile media. One too many "deer in the headlights" moments when she's being interviewed.

Having said that, I think her small government conservatism is an excellent litmus test, as you describe it. She gives good speeches as well.

I am just asking a question here so don’t get mad at me, but does Palin define what is a conservative Republican these days?

I don’t think there are many Palin Haters.

It’s more involved.

The media has almost succeeded in convincing the country that Sarah is some sort of stupid Christian crackpot, incapable of a coherent thought.

In short, they are trying to “Dan Quayle-ize” Sarah.

Thus for anyone who supports Sarah, they will try to make them feel ashamed.

But many of these folks are good, loyal conservatives. We don’t have to kick them out of the party.

Instead, we just have to convince them NOT to appear on any of those left-wing, anti-Palin shows. Give them all the TV exposure they need on Hannity, Rush, local conservative talk shows, etc.

But get them off CNN, MSNBC, etc.

And for ordinary folks, we have to convince them that those left-wing shows are anti-Palin because THEY FEAR HER.

It is NO SHAME to support Sarah. Make it a point of honor and pride.

My 2cents

How different it is when Obama or CNN tells us that we shouldn’t jump to conclusions. Now, we have conservatives taking the same tack. Friends, I am a Goldwater and Reagan Republican. Nobody, friend, foe or a Octagon fighter tells me whom I should respect or cater to. I personally have a problem with Ms. Palin abandoning the governorship of Alaska, and that makes me question whether or not she currently has what it takes to be President of the United States. If that hurts feelings, tough cookies, friends. Grow up and quit being like the Democrats.

So anyone who questions Palin’s credentials is a “hater” and should be purged?

Brilliant!

You do this by getting into your local GOP and getting involved in the selection and support of candidates. You do it by running for office yourself. You can’t all be president or even Congressman.

There can be a lot of fighting for freedom at the local level. Don’t for get the KELO case and other abuses of eminent domain.

Go out and fight for freedom locally. Talk to you neighbors and friends. Exert your influence in your sphere of acquaintances/friends/family.

Get educated on the US Constitution, your state constitution, local charters, Austrian economics, effective activism, and effective political campaigns if you decide to run. WALK YOUR DISTRICTS and talk to people. Pressure elected officials relentlessly.

That said, don’t devolve into a cult of personality. Watch out for that. Ron Paul fans need to be careful to not do that. Palin supporters need to watch out as well.

What’s cool is that Palin sounds like she’s been talking to Paul on monetary and fiscal policy recently.

I’m with you...!

In fact, I posted a very similar vanity back sometime in the spring and found myself in a free-for-all fuzzball with at least three different groups-—the Romneyites, the “Party-over-Principle” crowd, and outright misogynists who believe that women have no place in politics.

Regardless, I’ve got your back on this one!

What if we don’t hate her, but don’t like the way she’s handled herself, don’t like her flaky ways, and especially don’t like her daughter’s “baby daddy” drama she keeps herself at the center of?

Purge the Palin haters from our party.

And the Romney supportes will demand we purge the Romney haters from the party. And the Huckabee supporters will demand we purge the Huckabee haters from the Party. And the Pawlenty supporters will demand we purge the Pawlenty supporters from the party. By the time all is said and done then nobody will be left.

Sarah is not in my top 10 candidates to vote for. If I get purged for it, so be it.

If it helps, Mitt ain’t even in the top 100.

You should be purged from the Party. You're no better than the Bots who demand total allegiance to their messiah.

While you're purging the party of people who make "anti-Palin" comments or aren't conservative enough, ask her if she is for a path to citizenship.

I really like Palin....but the current GOP elites will not allow her to be the nominee. The GOP needs a big shakeup to rid itself of the current “think they should be the nominee” guys. Also, the primaries will work the same way as last time unless something changes. That means that the democrats will choose our candidate. The GOP will actually work with the press to find ways to diss Sarah.

remember Huckleberry has been making some jabs at her lately, so have others. With some people it is working.
