Not guilty. If I was the vic, I’d stick with that sleepwalking story, juries love it.

I sleepwalked once. My wife and the woman's irate husband never bought it. To this day, I swear I was sleep walking and do not have any idea how I wound up in that woman's bed. I fell asleep at work, sleepwalked to my car, sleep drove to her house, then sleepwalked inside and got in her bed. Somehow, no one yet has believed this story but I am sticking to it no matter what.

Speaking from personal experience back in the day, “sleepwalking” is usually followed by a horrific hangover.

I’m in Iowa City. We have a lot of college students. We have a bunch o’bars. Put 2+2 together. The only thing different about this version is that the guy got beat up. Usually people just ‘help’ the person get out of their house.
