I agree Samsung is the best

Sony would be my 2nd choice although I would prefer Samsung.

I have a Samsung in my daughters room - excellent picture and TV overall.

My oldest son bought a Sony Bravia - also really great TV.
Next son has a Polaroid - although nice picture and color, would have preferred 2 first posted.

Have an RCA in the living room - hate it! Color is not as crisp and bright as the other TV’s.

Last year when my 19" went out, I went to Walmart (not many options in this small town). I was looking the color on the VIZIO, Emerson and RCA. The Emerson didn't have the connections I wanted.

They only had a display VIZIO. I asked the clerk if they had any more in stock. Her handheld indicated one more in stock. Before she went to check the storage, she said of the RCA, 'they're all about the same.'

I was looking at the ones playing. The VIZIO and Emerson has much superior clarity, color and picture quality than the RCA. They were definitely NOT the same.

She brought out the VIZIO, and it took it.
