Funny I thought the 458 Italia is gorgeous. The 360 and 430 are very fine looking cars but my jaw dropped when I first saw pictures of the Italia.

Then Enzo just looks like a go-fast toy to me like a Matchbox car I played with as a kid. Not the prettiest Ferrari, but a wild, over-the-top, look-at-me car. If they were going to include the Enzo on the ugly car list they should have included Lamborghini’s Diablo and Countach which run in the same over styled vein (the Murcielago isn’t pretty either, but at least its relatively subdued).

I’m not a fan of the high-arched fenders and the sharp seams/lines. Maybe it’s too much of a departure, but something I’ll learn to love. If only.

The Enzo was just ridiculous. Not good looking at all, just “different”.

Me too, and most of the various car mags (including Top Gear and EVO) think the 458 is a bl@@dy gorgeous Ferrari, particularly after the last slew of Ferraris that received mixed reception (e.g. the 612, and even the 599). Furthermore, it managed to meld stunning looks with even more stunning aerodynamic performance (always hard to do ...generally at the bleeding edge you either get one or the other), and in terms of performance it is good (could be less than 3.4 to 60).

Anyways, I think the 458 is gorgeous ...and good since the new McClaren is coming out (which, even though it MAY have better performance, will not be able to match the looks of the Ferrari).
