The forked tongue of Islam say that you can choose to change religions at anytime.
The trouble is that they also support the beheading (or killing) (by stoning?) of those that do convert away from Islam.
You would think that even they would see the hypocrisy of such a philosophy but they turn a blind eye to said hypocrisies.

Indeed. You might well say they're burying their heads in the sand. Except that the heads of the buryers and those of the buryees are two disjoint sets.
