The father of Colorado's so-called Balloon Boy may not have gotten his reality TV scheme off the ground, but Richard Heene is at least getting his own action figure.
Connecticut-based toymaker Herobuilders.com is adding Heene to a quirky collection that includes the Sarah Palin Super Hero and the Obama Joker doll.
There's also a Bernie Madoff Action Figure with a fistfull of hundred-dollar bills and a Dick Cheney doll hoisting a shotgun.
Heene's mini-me wears an "I'm with Stupid" t-shirt with the arrow pointing upwards. It sells for 34.95.
Heene and his wife, Mayumi, called 911 earlier this month to report their son was airborne in a homemade helium balloon.
The couple is now awaiting possible charges over allegations the whole thing was nothing more than a hoax to try and get their own reality TV show.
Buy 8 of these for the Octokids.
Oxford, CT, nice town. That’s where the anthrax was mailed after 9/11.
Isn’t there a law which prevents criminals from profiting from their crime?
If not, there should be...look at all the criminals in DC that are profiting from THEIR crime(s)!!!
ROFL! I’ll bet the libs are pissing themselves over the weapons. “President Obama would not promote violence like this!”
Too funny!
I don’t think he’s making any money on it- the company just put it out on their own initiative.
Blue states vs. Red states? What are those Japanese toymakers trying to incite?
Ugh, has anyone seen the video posted of him giving his baby a beer and cigar about 10 years ago? Not sure why anyone would do that, much less make a video of it. Please tell me this man is receiving some kind of psychiatric assessment soon. What a tool.
