She is no more a man, than I would be a vampire if I put in some false teeth. Pretending to be a man, having cosmetic surgery to your nethers and taking hormone treatments do not make you a man, anymore than using the same treatments to make you a Holstein cow.
So, if she must ‘pretend’ to be a man; fine. But call her what she is - a deeply disturbed individual now having no specific gender identifiers.
Southpark had a great episode where Stan’s Dad wanted to be a Dolfin, he had his legs sewn together, moved his nose to the top of his head, and had a dorsal fin attached to his back. He then demanded special treatment and not to be judged. Was he now a Dolphin? No, he is, and will forever be a human.
Is Chasity a man? No, she is, and will forever be a female; now unable to conceive or procreate in any way. Her genes will identify her as a female, her skeletal structure will identify her as a female, her brain will still think as a woman - but now she will outwardly appear as a man.

Any doctor that would do this to a young lady is no “healer” to me. Woe to the monster-makers that take on these types of patients. And Cher originally was against this I believe, but I wish she would have stuck to her guns and condemned the act, not the person. “Chaz” is as much a guy now as she would have been had she bought a fake mustache and sideburns at the local drugstore and affixed them onto her rounded face.

I started to watch that video but I felt like a voyeur peering into a mental asylum. It’s not so much the choice that she made in her life but the demented media which switched immediately to calling her a he.
She is a she, if she has decided to put on this mask of being a male, then so be it.
