Stupid post.
Cameras don't have the ability to determine what the driver inside the car is doing. It can only sense speed or position.
Traffic cameras can't, and won't flash a picture of every car going through an intersection.
Both the idiot who made up this story, and the equally ignorant person who spreads it need a little work on common sense.
