Hoagland is insane. He’s still pushing the “Face On Mars” as real years after the higher-res picture from a fancier camera relegated the first low-res, glitchy image to the historical bit bucket.
I believe the “face” on mars was from a photo taken by one of the earliest orbiters. Since then none of the photos has looked like much more than a mesa.
