It's not a question of charging you for the bandwidth you use--it's a question of slowing down traffic from certain websites.

And it's their choice as to the websites they slow down.

From a real world perspective, it's more about giving VOIP packets higher priority than Quake or Eve packets.

And traffic shaping is being done all day, every day, right now.
